Our Story

We’re not just an internet company, we’re a family owned bricks-and-mortar store, and a catalog mail-order company that’s been in business for over 30 years. We’re real people who drive Volkswagens and know Volkswagens. When you call us, you talk to a real person who’s changed out the injection pump on a Rabbit Diesel, or replaced the pushrod tubes on a Beetle. You'll never get routed to some call center in India!

We specialize in the “daily driver”, the car you drive to and from work or school every day. We don’t specialize in performance or racing parts, so consequently when you call us for an ordinary item, you’re special to us.

Some auto parts stores try to be everything to everybody. These “jack-of-all-trades” don’t really know much about your car. Even your local Volkswagen dealer doesn’t carry as much stock for older VWs as we do. We sell many parts that VW says are obsolete! We also have an indoor salvage yard, making recycled parts from collision damaged VWs.

We’re in the process of putting our products online, so you can get an idea of what we sell. But no catalog or website could contain every single thing we've got. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, call us!

What do we sell?

In a word, (almost) everything. We don’t sell the “original Phillip's head screw with correct factory finish” to hold the sun visor clip on your ‘56 Beetle. We sell parts that make your car work! We import parts from OEM manufacturers around the world, and we know what works and what doesn’t.

We’ve also figured out a few ways to make your do-it-yourself repair jobs much easier. Some of our most popular items are:

Complete Strut Assemblies - Pre-assembled, complete with brand-new heavy-duty springs, OEM German strut bearings and inserts. No spring compressor required!

Wheel bearing Assemblies - Spindle and hub assemblies with new OEM wheel bearings already pressed in. No need for an arbor press!

Brake, Tune-up and Hose Kits - We take the guesswork out of brake jobs, tune-ups and many other common jobs with our complete kits. Easy to order and you don’t have to worry that you forgot something!

Diesel Parts - We specialize in parts for all VW Diesels. 1.5 diesels, 1.6 diesels, 1.6 turbo diesels, 1.9 diesels, 1.9 turbo diesel or TDI, we've got you covered.
