BODY GASKET

Body Gasket between the body and the floor pan of Beetles. Whenever you remove the body from the chassis or replace a floorboard or heater channel, you should replace the body gasket.  Early Beetles used a heavy gasket shaped like a double S. These are frequently reusable but the newer ones rip and must be replaced.  The gasket we sell is the double S style and includes enough  for an entire car.

Bug Restoration in 5 Days Video

Long Story: A T.V. crew wanted a sun roof Bug for a commercial. I said you can have it for the commercial if you pay to have it restored, they said O.K. can we have it next monday! So we did it and they paid $4000 for a one day rental.  Lots of info if you have floor boards to replace and rust damage and painting. Video approx. 2 hours.
