Pick-up Rear Springs OEM

Just found in the back of a warehouse all covered with dust, 84 pairs of OEM VW Springs made back in ‘82. As far as we know, these are the only original springs left. You don’t necessary have to replace them but if you are updating your pick-up, don’t miss out.

#SN16784 (sold each) . . . .$124.95

REAR AXLE BEAMS

Rear axle beams bend in curb hitting accidents and also tend to loose their strength and sag. The axle beam is what keeps the rear wheels straight, there is no adjustment. If the rear wheels aren't straight up and down and also parallel to the car you need a rear axle. Simple to change just bolt and unbolt. Sold with out spindles, etc. All recycled.

Why Replace Springs?

Springs sag after 100,000 miles and your car just doesn’t have its original ride! New Springs all the way around will help make your car closer to new!

Rear Shocks Made Easy! Here’s How:

Changing the rear shocks on a Rabbit, Jetta, Scirocco, Golf, etc. is much easier than the front, and can be done by the ordinary shade tree mechanic without using a spring compressor. You don't have to take a cartridge out of a strut tube; it all comes together as one piece. Please read the manual instructions carefully, but basically, you can loosen the bolts first when it’s on the ground, then jack up the car to release the spring tension, then remove the bolts, install the new struts, lower the car onto the springs, and the weight compresses the springs. Then you do the final tightening on the ground.

Bolts and Nut for bottom of shock

Often they rust together; New is easier. For all Rabbit, Jetta, Golf, Scirocco, VW Fox All Sold Each. From ‘75-98, you must use “Lock Tite”.
