INJECTION PUMP LOCKING PIN

This tool has been designed to aid in the changing of the camshaft drive belt. In operation it locks the Bosch diesel injection pump sprocket in position. This allows the drive belt to be removed without the injector loosing its general timing position. If the drive belt has been broken or is missing this tool will locate the general timing position of the pump as called for in the belt installation instructions. This locking pin is made of steel with a precision ground circumference for an accurate fit. For use on VW and Audi diesels.

CAMSHAFT LOCKING PLATE

INDICATOR TOOL for BOSCH DIESEL INJECTION TIMING

This tool allows for the accurate setting of the Bosch diesel fuel injection pump timing. In operation it screws into the back of the injection pump giving a dial indicator reading necessary for setting the correct pump timing. This quality tool comes complete with a dial indicator which reads in graduations of 0.01mm. This makes the timing easy to set as the timing has a range from 0.83mm to 1.15mm. For use on VW® and Audi diesels (Not TDI’s).

OXYGEN SENSOR WRENCH

This universal valve adjusting tool has been designed to work on a multitude of cars including all the late model Volkswagen requiring the #2078 tool, Audi 5000’s and the new 5 cylinder Volkswagens. It has been engineered to clear hoses and obstructions around the cylinder head including the air conditioning line on the Rabbit GTIs.

This original valve adjusting tool works on Chrysler Omni & Horizon and all earlier model Volkswagens which DO NOT have a sticker on the valve cover noting the requirement of tool #2078 for valve adjustment.



Valve Adjustment Pliers

These pliers have been developed to be used along with both valve adjustment tool #8310 and #79500. With the adjustment tool forcing the valve lifters down away from the camshaft, these pliers reach around the camshaft to grip the spacer shim and lift it up away from the lifter. They feature a 1/4 inch solid shoulder bolt for a hinge, a stainless steel spring, extra thick hand grips, and a dual surface contact area for the best possible grip on the spacer shim. These pliers are made of a stainless steel to last a lifetime.

CIS - FUEL INJECTOR PULLER

This handy tool has been developed to easily remove CIS - fuel injectors on many inline engines, including all gasoline water-cooled Volkswagen, Porsche 924, and Audi automobiles. In operation, this tool fits down around the injector base and with the use of a screwdriver as a lever it “pops” out the injector, eliminating possible damage to the injector hose and to one’s hands.  Made from quality steel, this tool comes with a black oxide finish.
