Details: 16oz bottle which treats 60 gallons of fuel. With the new low-sulfur fuel now at most gas stations, it is even more critical to run fuel conditioner in your VW diesel. The 06 and later diesels are designed to run on the low-sulfur fuel. Earlier cars are not, and they rely on the sulfur as a lubricant for the injection pump. Low sulfur = less lubrication = injection pumps that wear out quickly. To prevent this issue we (and Volkswagen of America, Inc.) recommend VW diesel owners use Stanadyne Diesel Fuel Conditioner. It also reduces fuel gelling in cold weather.
