Idle Adjustment Screw: Rabbit, Jetta, Scirocco 75-84

VW idle adjustment screw. This screw fits in the throttle body of gas powered Volkswagen Rabbits, Jetta, and Sciroccos. Adjusting it sets the amount of air allowed to enter the engine at idle. If you stripped yours out, or the seal is bad, a replacement may be your only option.

The VW idle adjustment screw is just one of the few parts needed to keep the fickle CIS injection system running. If you are having troubles with your CIS injected Rabbit, Jetta, or Scirocco you should invest in a fuel injection tester. This is the only way to track down what part in the fueling system is giving you issues.
