VW TDI injector hold down pivot pin mount. This is the pivot pin that the back part of the injector hold down bracket pivots on. It measures 18mm tall x 13mm diameter, concave on one end.

Do-it-Yourself Tip

Don’t forget anytime you remove TDI injectors, you must replace the heat shields. These little heat shields will keep your injector from fusing with to your cylinder head; its a little cheap insurance from getting some head work. Also if you have damaged or lost the injector bracket itself, we have replacements available shown below. The injectors will not stay in place without these brackets because of the high pressure in the TDI fueling system.
