VW TDI turbo regulator valve. This valve is for the early TDIs that have a square connector. People commonly mistake a dead turbo for a failing N75 valve. The N75 valve controls the vacuum that regulates the flow of air to the turbo inlet. New the N75 valve goes bad you may notice that you are very down on power for passing. This part is typically called a changeover valve.
