Refundable Core Charge

If a product you are purchasing has a core charge you will see it in your shopping cart under the product.

A core charge is a little like a bottle deposit. You pay a core charge when you buy a rebuildable product, and get your money back when you return the core.

Cores are the used parts that may be returned when purchasing rebuildable parts. New, used, and remanufactured products may have a core charge. We send cores to our rebuilders to create a remanufactured part. Having a core charge on most rebuildable parts helps us keep our prices low, is a great way to recycle, and ensures there is product available for the next customer. If a core deposit is shown, this charge will be added to your total at the time of sale but is refundable upon the return of your rebuildable original part. Cores are valuable to us; we need them back on a timely basis to be rebuilt so we have product to sell to the next customers. (See core return policy under warranties and return for more info)

If you have any concerns or questions about the core charge or shipping charges, please call us at 586.757.2300.

VW CBHA industrial engine head gasket. Quality in your CBHA head gasket is imperative to longevity of your engine. Save somewhere else but insist on a high quality OEM head gasket. We sell only Goetze, Elring, or Victor Reinz. Less expensive head gaskets are ok on gas engines, but never on a diesel. They vary by thickness, as defined by the number of notches, grooves, or holes on the exposed tab. The bigger the number, the thicker the head gasket. If you need a different size for your CBHA engine, give us a call we should have them here.

Condition: New

Warranty

All industrial products carry a 6 month (unlimited hours) warranty. See our warranty page for details.

Do-it-Yourself Tip

When you install your new VW TDI Pumpe Duse head gasket, you will want new cylinder head bolts to install the head on the engine. A high quality head gasket sealant, like the Hylomar shown below, will make sure you have an air tight seal.
