Rebuilt VW Golf, Jetta Idle Speed Stabilizer for vehicles equipped with a Digifant fuel injection system. This electronically controlled valve is just the fancy way to let air into the engine at idle. If it gets gummed up, the computer has a hard time controlling the air flow. It has two pins in the electrical connection.
