New complete diesel cylinder head with cam valves and springs, completely assembled, adjusted and ready for installation.

(These new cylinder heads do not have a core charge, but if you send us your old head and it can be rebuilt we will buy it from you for $50, reducing your total price. There will even be a prepaid shipping label in the box to send it back to us.)

Do-it-Yourself Tip

Don't forget your head gasket and bolts! (You'll need to look these up for your VW). If you need a head gasket, you'll also need a head gasket set which includes intake, exhaust, and valve cover gaskets and all the seals including the cam seal, valve stem seals, and heat shields. VW says you do not need head gasket sealant for diesel head gaskets, but all the rebuilders we know use Hylomar sealant on all 4 surfaces. It gives you an extra .001 or .002 if your head is slightly warped.
