Do-it-Yourself Tip

Refer to your Bentley manual for the proper torque sequence on the VW 16V cylinder head bolt set. Removing the cylinder head requires a new head gasket to be installed. We have high quality German head gaskets; don't skimp out and use low quality gaskets. And use Hylomar, the super goop, to keep it sealed tight.
