Do-it-Yourself Tip

After rebuilding your cylinder head with this VW 2.0L 16V head gasket set, make sure to use a high quality gasket dressing and sealant to make sure you engine is free of compression leaks. If you removed the cylinder head completely add new head bolts to your order. The head bolts are stretch type bolts that must be replaced after they have been removed from the engine.
