Do-it-Yourself Tip

When its time to install your new VW 2.0L exhaust valves you should take this time to replace the guides. Wore out valve guides won't keep your exhaust vavles striaght, allowing them to move around in the cylinder head, and possibly break. Also replace the valve seals to prevent oil leak down. The valve seals are part of the cylinder head rebuild kit shown below.
