VW 2.0L TDI cylinder head bolt set. These 12mm X 137mm head bolts are stretch bolts, therefore, they cannot be reused. VW requires cylinder head bolts to be replaced any time they are removed. Quality head bolts are essential to engine longevity. Sold as a set of 10.

The VW 2.0L TDI cylinder head bolt set needs washers and the 12mm 12-point allen star bit, shown below, to remove the head bolts from the engine. When you reinstall the cylinder head, make sure to replace the head gasket and torque the head bolts in the proper sequence.
