We send cores to our rebuilders to create a remanufactured part. Having a core charge on most rebuildable parts helps us keep our prices low, is a great way to recycle, and ensures there is product available for the next customer. If a core deposit is shown, this charge will be added to your total at the time of sale but is refundable upon the return of your rebuildable original part. Cores are valuable to us; we need them back on a timely basis to be rebuilt so we have product to sell to the next customers. (See core return policy under warranties and return for more info)

VW 1.9L ALH engine rebuild kit for engines with 11mm mechanical heads. This 1.9L ALH TDI engine rebuild kit includes headbolts, pistons with rings, timing belt, tensioner, gaskets, bearings, seals, and oil pump to rebuild your engine. All engine rebuild kits include standard size bearings. If you need different sizes or cannot find the proper configuration for your engine, give us a call and we can make the kit up just for you. Many other kits are available, call with your specific needs if you're rebuilding a diesel engine. HEAD NOT INCLUDED. Add your head to complete the kit!
