Before you replace the VW Jetta rear muffler inspect the rest of your exhaust system for rust, cracks, and leaks. If it looks like you need to swap it all out consider purchasing a complete exhaust system, and save yourself some money. Either way you choose to get this muffler installed, make sure you pick up and install kit to replace the old hardware. The hardware on your Jetta is most likely rusty, and likely to break when you reinstall it. Replace the hardware now to make sure you don’t drop your new muffler on the highway.
