VW 1.8T head bolt set. These 10mm head bolt are stretch bolts, therefore, they cannot be reused. VW requires cylinder head bolts to be replaced any time they are removed. Quality head bolts are essential. Sold as a set of 10. Measures 11mm x 96mm.

Do-it-Yourself Tip

You will need the VW 1.8T head bolt set if you are removing your 1.8T cylinder head for any reason. Make sure to tighten the head bolts in the proper sequence to make sure it seals with your new head gasket properly. And when you install the head gasket on your 1.8T in your Passat use a high quality sealant like the Hylomar.
