TDI N75 Turbocharger Vacuum Controller

Item #: 22838 VW #: 1k0-906-627A

Turbocharger Vacuum Controller: Jetta, Golf, New Beetle 04-06 - TDI, N75 Valve

VW N75 valve. People commonly mistake a dead turbo for a failing N75 valve (the turbocharger vacuum controller). The N75 valve controls the vacuum that regulates the flow of air to the turbo inlet. When the N75 valve is dying you will notice that you are down on power when you want to accelerate.

Do-it-Yourself Tip

When your VW N75 valve goes bad, you should inspect the entire turbo vacuum actuated system. There could be other leaks that are affecting the performance of your Jetta, Golf, or New Beetle. The EGR valve is a critical component that should be inspected regularly.
