Our complete assemblies include the spindle with the bearings and hub already pressed in, saving you a lot of time and work. The spindle can be replaced using regular hand tools, no need for a press! These are new bearings with inspected and painted housing.
***Sometimes we run out of these, but they are available on a return and rebuild basis - you send in your core, and we rebuild it for you. We will contact you if this is the case.
If you're not sure if your spindle is rebuildable give us a call at 586-757-2300***
Do-it-Yourself Tip
The easiest way for a DIYer to correct a front wheel bearing problem is to replace the entire assembly. By buying an 8 point Allen star and the 30mm socket a novice mechanic can replace the entire assembly in 1/2 an hour. (Remove the drive shaft by removing the 30mm nut out by the wheel, then the 6 bolts on the inner CV, drop the inner end of the CV down and pull it out toward the transmission. Now you can remove the wheel bearing assembly and replace it)
